Access to documents on the EMARS Webex document management system
Documents relating to the cigarette lighters project and to the Knowledge Base can be downloaded from the EMARS Webex document management site. Follow these instructions to access the Webex site
Once you enter the site you will see folders labelled Cigarette Lighters and Knowledge Base. These folders contain the documents relating to these projects. Documents that are in the public part of Webex can be searched for using the search function on the site. This is a full-text search of all documents. There is also a link to the Knowledge Base database. You can search the database for keywords and find documents. Full-text searches of the documents have however to be done from the document search function of Webex.
Access to documents destined only for Market Surveillance Authorities
Access to some documents are restricted to Market Surveillance Officials. These documents can only be accessed with a Webex user name and password. These will be obtainable shortly from the Prosafe member in your member state.

- Click on the link “Enter as a guest” (highlighted area in screenshot below - left column of the page under username and password - don’t fill in username and password)
