One deliverable of the EMARS project is a Knowledge Base. This is a body of knowledge (in English) on market surveillance. It is to be readily available to the member states and the European Commission and to be organized within a storage system with good retrieval functions. Proposals are also to be developed for further updates, maintenance and operation of the system in the future.
